Vienna State Opera: Season 2020/21 and its new programme book.

New winds… Very gladly I opened this new Season Programme for 2020/21 sent to me by the press department from the Opera.

To be quite honest I was absolutely delighted to realize that the VISUAL aspect of Marketing will be neither neglected nor ignored in the Bogdan Roščić’s era, that will soon begin, as it was in the past 10 years during Mr Dominik Meyer’s direction period. In fact, it was neither ignored nor neglected. It was just non-existent, except for the old-fashioned outdoors and a few posters on every underground station…

The cover of the new programme is openly inspiring… and you pay more than 100% attention to it because you want to know what this is all about… in my opinion, a very good “trick” (Who can still remember the “old” Benetton ads which had NOTHING to do with fashion but caught everyone’s attention?)
